The Deliverable Is a Document

The Deliverable

Not a presentation. Not a summary of your own words played back at you.

A written architectural assessment — independently produced, precisely named, and designed to hold up under pressure.

WHAT IT IS

What the Blueprint Is

The 60-Day Operating Blueprint is the primary output of a full Architecture Engagement. It is 18–28 pages, written by the architect after the Clarity Session and a 7–10 day processing phase. It is not produced during the session. It is not a transcript.

It is the result of the architect working alone — reading your situation, applying six distillation tools, and committing an independent assessment to the page.

The Blueprint is yours permanently. It does not expire. Clients return to it six and twelve months after delivery because the structural logic it contains does not change.

THE EIGHT SECTIONS

What It Covers

Every Blueprint contains eight sections in this sequence. The structure is not optional — each section serves a specific function in the architecture.

01 — Executive Summary

(The Entire Architecture in One Page)

A precise, single-page statement of the structural condition and the corrective action. If you read nothing else, you read this first.

02 — Structural Condition Assessment

What is actually happening. Not what you believe is happening. The presenting problem named, and the structural root cause separated from it.

03 — Distortion Map

The specific distortions operating inside your business — the commitments, assumptions, and inherited obligations that are preventing correct decisions.

04 — Decision Inventory

05 — Structural Corrections

06 — The 90-Day Operating Plan

07 — Risks and Constraint Map

08 — Review and Continuation Protocol

The documented changes to operating architecture required to correct what has been identified. Specific. Sequenced. Not suggestions.

Every significant unresolved decision catalogued, sequenced, and assessed. What can be resolved now. What cannot be resolved until something else moves first. Why.

What happens in the first ninety days. A sequenced operating plan tied directly to the structural corrections. Not a list of aspirations.

The real risks — including the ones most operators do not name. What will resist correction and why. What failure looks like if the architecture is not implemented.

The conditions under which the Blueprint holds. When it should be revisited. What triggers a second engagement.

WHAT IT IS NOT

What the Blueprint Is Not

It is an independent assessment. You may disagree with it. Most clients find that the parts they initially resist are the parts that prove most accurate.

It is not a coaching summary. It is not a slide deck. It is not a list of suggestions or a reflection of what you told the architect.

THE DIAGNOSTIC

The Structural Diagnostic

The 30-Day Structural Diagnostic produces a shorter version of the same

architecture — Sections 01–04 only. It is 8–12 pages, written to the same standard and

carrying the same weight.

It is not a teaser for the Blueprint. A client who implements the Diagnostic's findings and never returns has still received a complete piece of work. That is the standard it is written to.

CLOSING

Two engagements are available.

The Diagnostic takes 30 days. The Blueprint takes 90. Both produce a written document. Neither is a funnel for the other.

Capacity is limited to two Blueprint engagements per month.
